Up for auction is a very nice Southern Edgefield South Carolina Pottery Clabber Bowl with Handle 1880's -approx 8" tall x approx 8-1/2" wide diameter at the top. It has a tooled Lip and attached strap handle. The Alkaline glaze with iron slip has runny areas on it. You can see the finger marks w the potter dipped it in the glaze.
