I prefer the I5 location for access to the jungle, start collecting gold and silver. Your next move is going to be around level 30, after you get the 4-slot wheel. You'll want to set up a permanent base out by Klael's Fortress, or near the southern entrance to Sepermaru. Build in the southeast edge of the undead mounds. There's great access to stone, iron, wood, and high tier thralls, and the all important obelisk is very close. There's water for fishing, and bark and plant matter in decent quality for small scale work.
