Only 13,100 prewar octagon barrel Target Sealed 8 revolvers were made (another 134,140 round barrel versions were made after the war up to 1954). Not sure how many had the 10" barrel but I haven't seen many in my searches. Your revolver dates to 1933 which was the 2nd year of production.
