There IS currently a bug in dwarf fortress. The mini labor screen when you click on hospital details does not work the same as the primary labor screen. The primary labor screen updates all your dwarves labors every single time you change even one dwarf. The hospital labor screen DOES NOT do this. so if you just assign a doctor nothing has ...
