4 POSTS. Yes you will need to remove the door panels. Pop off the arm rest cover, then the cover that the door handle runs through. There is one screw under this cover you will need to remove. Also you will need to pop off the molding that runs up the back side of the window. There is a screw under that piece of molding you will need to remove.

Use the screwdriver to pop off the little black cover near the door handle, and unscrew the bolt holding it on. Dont take the bolt all the way out, but just enough for the handle to come off. Pop off the covers on the front and rear of the door, and you will see two push pins.
