Honda accord whining noise when accelerating.

My 2010 Accord has approx 90k and just recently started making a 'dirtbike'. sound when accelerating. I know it's a 'typical' noise most older hondas make but mine. isnt that old. It only happens at around 2500 rpm. It sounded like the noise an airplane makes when its starting its take off - thats the best way I can describe it. My second 2012 Si (mid VIN) never had that noise.

I don’t think it’s the power steering pump, but it’s a similar sound, coming from that general area, but turning the wheel doesn’t have an effect on the sound - only pushing on the gas pedal.
