I tried to make...Hi all, my husband and I are under contract for a new Lennar home right now and I am just seeing a lot of horror stories online which have made me really anxious. Is there anyone who can share positive experiences with buying a Lennar home?I bought two lennar homes last year in Las Vegas and I use the in-house lender for both. Granted they give me 5k towards closing cost for the first and then give me 10k toward closing cost for the 2nd becuase I am a repreat customer. Both went very smooth and closed on time. I used a agent for the first one becuase they still paid comission then.Lennar is the Wish of home builders. Stay clear or you will end up with a poorly constructed pile of junk. Customer service is non existent and they do not stand by their warranty. Lesson learned I will keep this junk pile as a rental but will never buy any Lennar junk again.
