Jun 28, 2023 · I have intermittently been getting a "Packet burst" message while playing COD MW2, I get massive lag and 999 ping. I have noticed when it happens on a game start my "GPU time" goes from 2 to 6ms to 200 to 230ms and my FPS drop from 80 to 120 fps to 4fps. Also my GPU fan speed gets stuck at 1950rpm appox and 45 degrees. I get the packet burst for the first 2-3 min of a match, then it levels out. But it is every single match that starts that way. Extremely frustrating.
