Gosplitty said the Gm refused to cancel on their end I payed for two reservations due to me believing I was dealing with a honesty person. I spend 10 yr in Hospitality, and very disappointed in my stay. I was charged 40 dollars for a upgrade. When dealing with 3rd party if we had the rm available we would accommodate the guest.
