She came home and everything was working. Turned the car off for about an hour and went to go somewhere, started the car and the eye sight and RBA systems were disabled.Pushing the 3 bar distance button again gets you to the "acquisition alarm." Pushing the +/- button on the the cruise control down will disable the beep. The only way I got this setting to save was to push and hold the 3 bar distance button again. Pushing the cruise button reset the settings! Setting three is for the lead vehicle start alert.It's in the owner's manual. I use it on occasion when driving into the sun blinds the Eyesight. It works exactly like a regular old cruise control, although I assume if Eyesight isn't disabled, it will still avoid driving into the back of the car in front of you.I've had that happen to me as well with my 2022 forester. I usually just run the windshield wipers and that clears what is throwing off the eyesight. Driving towards the sun will do that.
