Jan 17, 2018 · this is most likely because Plex fails scanning your media properly. sometimes this is caused by 1 file in your media folder which is in conflict with Plex’ naming conventions. general rule: avoid any punctuation and quotes in your file names. if this happened after you added Leap! (2016) – try to rename the file/folder to Leap (2016). In the tree on the first screen shot you would point your TV library at the “/TV Shows” folder and the Movie library at the “/Movies” folder.
