In my opinion, the goal is to show progression so as long as you get consistently better, you should do just fine. In terms of resources, there's always Truelearn (Combank) and Uworld but if you've been doing Amboss and Comquest, I don't think that's going to be much help. The number one resource I used during 3rd year was anki.Peds: uworld. I did well on all of them. No one resource felt adequate for the COMATs because they are very random. Uworld is good to learn the details just for your own sake, and COMBANK would be a good idea as it simulates the question style. I didn't get UW until the end of the year, so it isn't required to do well.

COMAT score is calculated as your raw score minus 10. So an 80 on COMAT gets recorded as a 70 on your grade (minimum to "pass the COMAT"), a 105 as a 95 and a 110 or above is just 100 in the grade book. To honor you need an overall score of 95%, with at least a 90% on both the eval and COMAT. So I only have one more weekend to study for the IM COMAT. So far I have done ~300 uworld questions. I am debating if I should just focus on doing as many uworld questions as I can vs get a COMBANK or a COMQUEST and run through all the questions in a week.

All I ever did for comats was OME (I read the notes) and combank. I think once I did comquest and I got above 100 on all of them and honored FM and EM. 1. I took EM comat my 4th year. I spent the entire month watching kdramas and the night before the comat I took a red eye across the country, landed 2 hrs before the comat, got to where I was staying and fell asleep during the comat for a little bit.
